Glenn and Mike were both apparently a bit concerned about the stability of the house sitting on the edge of the ridge. After the lengthy construction both are fully convinced that the house will be going only where the entire hill goes. I suppose that is comforting in a non-colossal disaster sort of way....
I've had family and friends out there to see the progress and have taken them on virtual tours of the rooms, yet I still feel a bit like I am showing someone else's home. Perhaps I am metering my excitement.
Mark, the plumber, and his guys will do their thing next, then Mike will lay concrete over the foundation. Then....drum roll.......they will start framing!
