Blythe Concrete guys poured the top of the foundation yesterday. It went so fast! In fact, I was there in the morning and saw the rebar and viscene, then when I went back at 2:30 they guys were smoothing down the last of the surface. So, I missed all of the pouring!
It looked like a giant infinity edge swimming pool, reflecting the sky and clouds on its surface. I went out late in the evening and watered it down one more time. Mike came out to do a final check too. I could tell he was proud and relieved to be at this stage.
Now for framing!!! Woohoo!!
