Well, shoot. I got home from an eight-day trip arriving at 5 AM and coming back to Glen Rose solely for the construction loan signing before heading back to the airport for another trip. And it didn't happen.
OK, so the trip was Hawaii, BUT I was so sick I sought medical attention and mostly stayed in my hotel room with bronchitis. I know, it just doesn't hold up well, does it?

Mike has laid down a caliche driveway and most of the stumps are dug up from the home site, which was muddy from a cold winter rain yesterday. The driveway looks inviting winding through the trees.
I look forward to using it to drive HOME.
