Mike's crew is still working on the foundation. The footing is complete and the outer wall form is being built. Next step will be to pour cement and then fill with dirt. The well house is blacked in- Mike didn't use transparent siding at the top like I asked but says he plans to add it later.
The progress seems slow to everyone, even Mike. He promises that will change once the foundation is completed. He also says he has lost sleep over getting this part of the construction done right. It is impressive.
One thing I am happy about is how the foundation looks when seen from below on CR 2012. It is quite dramatic- and it's only the foundation so far that you see. I think Glenn (my architect/brother) will like it. It reminds me of one of those houses I've seen in the past and wondered what lucky person lived there. Crazy that it's going to be me.
